Tennis racket HEAD Extreme MP L 2026

Easier Extreme racquet for players who want more spin, faster swing, and easier power generation

HEAD Extreme MP L 2026 is a lighter and more maneuverable version of the Extreme MP model, designed for intermediate players, ambitious recreational players, and younger competitors who are moving up to a standard racket head size and want more spin without extra physical effort.

The racquet preserves the distinctive character of the Extreme line: high spin, easy power generation, and aggressive play from the baseline. Thanks to a lighter construction, it enables quicker preparation for the shot, a faster swing, and greater agility in long rallies.

The open string pattern 16 × 19 combined with Spin Grommets technology allows more string movement and faster recovery after contact with the ball. The result is more spin potential on forehands, backhands, and serves, enabling the player to shape the ball’s trajectory more easily and produce tougher topspin shots.

Despite its lighter design, the racquet offers a good feel of stability. The Hy-Bor technology in the beam increases stiffness and provides a confident feel at impact, without making the racquet heavy or slow. This is particularly important for players who want a light racquet but don’t want to sacrifice stability in faster exchanges.

For better ball contact feedback, the Auxetic 2.0 system enhances response on contact. This helps the player more easily feel the impact, control direction, and adjust the ball’s length while developing their game.

HEAD Extreme MP L 2026 is an excellent choice for players who want a lighter racquet with pronounced spin potential, enough power, and a good measure of control. It is especially suitable for those who want to play an attacking game, but need a lighter and faster frame than the classic Extreme MP model.
